A non-profit Association is seeking 2 detail-oriented individuals with good customer service experience to work our registration desk during our in-person Annual Meeting - April 30 - May 4, 2025 at the Hilton Universal City, CA adjacent to Universal Studios.
Duties:
- Greet and check-in attendees and get them welcomed to the meeting
- Collect and verify patient information for social activities
- Help set up the meeting such as stuffing welcome bags, guiding exhibitors, and registration desk
The estimated hours are as follows:
Wednesday, April 30 - Meeting set-up/Job Training -- 1:00 pm -- 4:00 pm- training/put together attendee Welcome Bags - Dress casual.
Thursday, May 1- 6:30 am - 6:00 pm – Dress: Business casual
Friday, May 2 - 6:30 am - 7:00 pm – Dress: Business casual
Saturday, May 3 - 6:30 am -- 12:00 pm Dress: Business casual
Sunday, May 4 -7:00 am -- 11:00 am Dress: Business casual
Hours may be adjusted based on the job assigned.
Attendees will be orthopaedic surgeons and their wives. Most attendees will be pre-registered for the meeting.
Pay: $20.00 per hour plus parking.
