Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Crew Lead to oversee the organization, planning, and completion of high-quality exterior building maintenance, cleaning, and repair services in a collaborative team setting. As a Crew Lead, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards for safety, customer service, and job execution.

Key Responsibilities
Prioritize SAFETY at all times, ensuring adherence to safety rules, regulations, and company procedures
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
Supervise and manage a team of 2-8 field technicians
Mentor and train team members to develop their skills and foster productivity
Coordinate the timely completion of various services while managing job scope and hours effectively
Identify and document any damages or repair needs, communicating them to management
Adapt to the ever-changing weather conditions of the Pacific Northwest while working outdoors
Utilize Office 365 for communication and reporting purposes

Experience & Qualifications

Strong commitment to safety with a focus on compliance
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally in construction or property services
Proven ability to train and develop others
Valid driver’s license
Comfortable working outdoors, including on rooftops with fall protection
