Job duties:
Ensure campus compliance with occupational safety, sanitation, and maintenance protocols; identify needs for repair in building structures and school equipment, obtain quotes, supervise repair of electrical and mechanical systems. Perform light repair work. Check fire and safety alarms, schedule inspections. Keep inventory, order supplies. Travel between multiple campuses within Tucson Metro Area for inspection and repairs.
Requirements:
– High School/GED;
– 24 months of experience in operational management of commercial premises
– Unrestricted driver license.
