Job Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize, design and develop high-quality magazine layouts and visuals for editorial stories, advertisements, marketing materials and other products.

2. Communicate directly with design and editorial teams on their publishing needs, both in-person and Microsoft Teams to uphold quality standards before/during publication.

3. Lead regular production and editorial meetings.

4. Work with web design team in the development of site content and graphics, as needed.

5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

· 3+ year of design experience with link to digital or pdf portfolio.

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator). Experience working in an Indesign/Incopy workflow a plus.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and details

· The ability to manage time effectively on multiple, concurrent projects.

· Working knowledge of WordPress or a similar content management system (CMS) and/or video editing experience also a plus.

This is a full-time position.

Location:

This position open to hybrid, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own space and/or our office in Willowbrook, IL.
