Greet guests in a friendly and timely manner, providing suggestions of products or services that might be of interest.
Pour mead for guests. Make specialty cocktails
Be knowledgeable about current mead list, product offerings, and services.
Create and mix cocktails per instructions.
Use POS system to conduct guest transactions, packing mead safely, applying appropriate discounts if applicable, upselling if possible, and taking payment.
Prepare tasting room and shop for service, including, but not limited to washing glasses, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, wiping countertops, trash, recycling, etc.
Stock and organize mead and non-mead merchandise as instructed by Manager.
Additional tasks as needed.
Shift runs from 1130am-530pm, currently open Fri, Sat, Sun.
