Sales Consultant – Future Leader Wanted | Stand Strong Fencing – Akron, OH

Full-time | Entry-Level to Leadership Track

$50,000–$100,000+ per year (commission-based after training)

Stand Strong Fencing is a family-owned company launching right here in the Akron area. Backed by national systems and powered by local passion, we’re building this business from the ground up — and we’re investing in the right people to help us grow.

We’re not just hiring a sales rep.

We’re looking for someone we can train, mentor, and grow into a Sales Manager or even our future General Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Master our proven Stand Strong Fence sales process
• Run high-quality, confirmed leads — and generate your own locally
• Meet with homeowners and property managers in person
• Present clear, professional proposals and close the sale
• Learn about our product options and installation process (we’ll train you)
• Help shape our customer experience and company culture as we grow

Compensation:

• Training salary provided for the first 2–4 weeks
• Transition to 100% commission-based model with unlimited earning potential
• Average sales consultants earn $50k–$100k+ per year
• Company vehicle provided from day one
• Bonus opportunities and leadership path available

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have experience in home service sales (a plus, not a must)
• Are energetic, coachable, and professional
• Can communicate clearly and build trust face-to-face
• Are self-motivated and goal-driven
• Want to grow with a company, not just punch the clock

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided)
• Able to work in-person in the Akron/Canton area
• Physically able to visit outdoor job sites
• Comfortable using mobile tools, email, and basic tech
• Willingness to be trained and held to high standards
