Impact Psychiatric Care has been in business since 2016. We have a full staff of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners looking to hire LPC, LPC Candidates, and Pre-Licensed Therapists!

Qualifications:

• Accredited master’s degree in clinical social work or a closely related field
• Clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or MSW Graduate)
• Relevant graduate or post-graduate experience in a counseling setting
• Ability to conduct intakes and diagnoses according to the current DSM under a licensed supervisor.
• Strong time management skills

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Duties:

• Provides appropriate treatment and referral according to individual’s needs and with consultation of supervising provider
• Ensures completion of designated reviews for all new individuals, making appropriate dispositions in accordance with policy
• Working knowledge of system applications, EMRs, equipment, and workflow processes
• Proven analytical, investigative, and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and goal driven environment
• Ability to organize and coordinate work efficiently and set priorities
• Ability to coordinate therapeutic psycho-social learning programs according to the patients care plan
• Must be able to communicate calmly, compassionately, and professionally with all patients, external, and internal contacts
• The demonstration of ethical and professional conduct, including the ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA)
• Schedules follow up appointments
• Basic computer skills
