Qualifications
* Sales Experience In either Wine or Spirits (Retail or Distribution) 1-2 years.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Must exhibit professionalism and self-discipline in all areas
* Good analytical and problem solving skills
* Strong time management and organizational skills
* Must be execution oriented with the ability to work independently
* Computer proficient with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Must have a valid driver’s license and practice safe working and driving habits
* Must pass background check
General Summary:
General responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the proper management of an established sales territory including selling, servicing, merchandising, administration, and accounts receivable
* Plan and execute sales initiatives
* Have a full understanding of the products and pricing schedules offered
* Demonstrate the ability to make effective sales presentations
* Work With Brand Ambassadors to successfully grow business in all accounts with extra focus on the importance of key volume accounts
* Identify and nurture new accounts as well as opportunity/problem accounts
* Make regular and consistent calls on customers and prospects (phone or email)
* Handle all special issues/problems to maintain good customer relationships
