Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial painting, as well as a strong understanding of construction techniques. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality work, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on various projects.

Duties

• Perform construction painting tasks for commercial properties.
• Utilize airless paint spraying equipment for efficient application.
• Execute caulking and fixture installation as needed.
• Renovate spaces by preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring a clean finish.
• Operate hand tools and other equipment safely and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction painting, with a portfolio of completed projects preferred.
• Familiarity with pressure washing and caulking preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Teachable, willing to learn a new way of prep/painting techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
