We are looking for an energetic, willing and capable person to join our growing team. As a Hardscape Foreman, you will oversee the installation of hardscape elements, ensuring projects are completed properly, on time, and within budget. Duties would include making sure the right tools are loaded for the days project, working with the crew, upkeep the morale of the employees and report daily to the owner and/or written logs. Additionally, your relevant skills in the green industry will ensure high standards are met, making you an essential part of our construction team dedicated to excellence and efficiency.

Skills:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance, landscape installation and irrigation installation or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of different plants, trees, and flowers commonly found in the area
- Ability to safely operate power tools and equipment used in landscaping
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting heavy objects or working in various weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week  Hours are Mon-Fri with some Saturdays
