HealthSource of Hermosa Beach is seeking to hire a ROCKSTAR Team Member thanks to our tremendous growth! We are seeking to provide a full-time position for the right person who is outgoing, self-motivated, naturally helpful, team-minded, able to remain upbeat and cheerful while working with patients on a daily basis. We have solid training systems and multi clinic support so that our entire team can succeed while having a great time serving our community together.

Primary Duties include but are not limited to:

• Patient administration including front desk clerical duties such as checking patients in, scheduling patients, answering phones, managing patient accounts, ect.
• Calling on patient insurance benefits and relaying those benefits to patients
• Helping our amazing rehab team member assisting and instructing patients in rehabilitation protocols.
• Being a willing helper to all team members with any additional needs
• MOST IMPORTANTLY being one of the friendly faces of our office while providing AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If you have a positive disposition, the ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and multitask while serving patients and our community, this position could be for you. We are looking for the right attitude and aptitude to learn. Experience in the following is a plus but training will be provided in all areas: communicating with patients about insurance benefits, utilizing scheduling computer program, entering patient payments, strength and conditioning, and kinesiology studies. A natural health-minded individual is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
