Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscape Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance, including both softscape and hardscape elements. This role involves hands-on tasks such as lawn care, tree care, and the use of power tools to create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. Experience is preferred, but not necessary. Wages will be based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Assist with hardscape projects such as building patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Conduct groundskeeping duties to ensure properties are clean and well-maintained.
• Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers as needed.
• Utilize power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Provide lawn care services including fertilization, aeration, and weed control.
• Maintain garden beds by planting, weeding, mulching, and watering plants.
• Monitor the health of plants and trees, providing appropriate care as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hardscape installation techniques is a plus.
• Ability to operate power tools safely (training will be provided).
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of basic groundskeeping practices and lawn care technique a plus.
• Willingness to learn new skills related to landscape design and maintenance.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
