**Job Description:**  
We are currently seeking motivated and safety-oriented individuals to join our team as Ropes Course Guides. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, engagement, and satisfaction of our guests as they navigate the various activities of our ropes course.  

**Key Responsibilities:**  
- Conduct comprehensive safety briefings and thorough equipment checks prior to each session.  
- Monitor and assist participants throughout their experience on the course, providing guidance and encouragement as needed.  
- Assist with the setup and dismantling of the ropes course and related equipment as required.  

**Qualifications:**  
- Previous experience in outdoor education, guiding, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.  
- good communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with guests of varying ages.  
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends   
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is advantageous (training may be provided).  
- Physical fitness to meet the demands of the role and the ability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.
