About Us:

Universe Shuttle is a premium ride-sharing shuttle service that partners with hotels, cruise lines, travel agencies, and businesses to provide reliable and convenient transportation. We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to bring in new hotel, cruise, and business partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and sign up hotels, cruise lines, travel agencies, and corporate clients for our shuttle services.
• Reach out to Miami-based businesses and tourism partners like hotels, cruise lines, travel agency and more, to establish contracts.
• Close deals through cold calling, networking, and in-person visits.
• Track and follow up on leads to ensure consistent sales growth.
• Work independently while keeping management updated on sales progress.

Compensation (Commission-Only)

• Earn $300 for every new client contract signed.
• Unlimited earning potential – the more clients you bring in, the more you make!
• As sales increase, we will transition to a weekly salary + commission model.

Example Earnings:
1 new client = $300
5 new clients in a month = $1,500 weekly
10 new clients in a month = $3,000 weekly

Requirements:

• Sales experience preferred (transportation, hospitality, or travel industry a plus).
• Strong communication & negotiation skills – ability to close deals.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with cold-calling.
• Familiar with Miami’s tourism industry, hotels, and cruise travel.
• Must have reliable transportation for in-person meetings (if needed).
