Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an entire Crew based out of Kilgore, TX, working in TX districts 5 and 6: Operator, Derrick, and two floors. The role involves carrying out day-to-day tasks related to well-plugging and service operations, such as overseeing equipment operations, managing derricks, and maintaining floors. The position requires a strong focus on safety and efficiency in well-plugging and servicing activities.

Qualifications
Experience in well-plugging and servicing operations or related fields. Entry-level Floor Hand no experience necessary. Looking for someone to develop with the company. Start out working floors and up to the operator. 
Knowledge of operating and maintaining rig, derricks, floors, pumps, and mixers.
Understanding of safety protocols and regulations in well-plugging activities
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with colleagues
Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions
The pay scale is based on experience and increases according to merit.
Be willing to submit to drug testing.
