Ideal candidates have at least 2 years’ restaurant experience as a host, food runner or server in a comparable restaurant.
Knowledge of craft beer and brewing a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment
Ability to walk and stand for long periods
Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, push, pull and walk on uneven surfaces on an occasional basis
Communicate clearly and effectively with guests, FOH and BOH staff.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
