Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and overall child development.
• Utilize behavior management techniques to maintain a positive classroom environment.
• Foster a love for learning through hands-on activities and interactive play.
• Assess and document children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Create a safe and welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and creativity.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience for students.
• Incorporate Montessori methods into daily activities when appropriate.
• Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and learning styles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of literacy education, math concepts, and child development principles.
• Familiarity with Montessori teaching methods is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the community.
• Strong organizational skills for lesson planning and classroom management.
• A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their growth.
