Work for a fun, outdoor company this summer! The Reservation agent is an extremely important position with our company. We are looking for an individual who is extremely accurate and personable with excellent telephone answering skills and wants to be a part of a fun and professional work environment. The reservation agent will provide information in a friendly and cheerful manner related to the whitewater rafting trips we offer and be able to accurately record reservations while assisting customers with their travel and reservation plans. Experience working in an office and with sales is helpful but not required. Applicants should have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows and be able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute. Preferred qualifications also include having a clear telephone voice, excellent organization and communication skills and have great customer service skills.

We are looking for someone who can work 10 hour shifts, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, from 8:00 AM until 6:30 PM. Days off will be Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Main duty will be answering the phones, providing detailed information on the services we provide and booking reservations. This requires knowing our entire operation inside and out. Typical daily procedures include replying to guest emails, booking reservations, emailing confirmations and directions to guests, some scheduling and logistics, preparing daily forest service logs and trip logs, and managing our social media. Other duties include cleaning the office, bathrooms and retails store. We want our Reservation agent to go rafting with us to see how much fun we have and to better understand the nature of our business and the services we provide.
