Bloom Early Education Centers in Swoyersville and Edwardsville are currently hiring for part time college students and full time teachers.  Below is the information for full time teachers- but current college students that can work both during the school year and the summers are also encouraged to apply.

Bloom Early Education Center are high quality Keystone Star 4 child care centers, preschool and Pre-K Counts provider. We have been providing high quality child care to children 6 wks to 12 years old since 2000.

We are currently hiring teaching staff for our Edwardsville location.

These full time positions are only for staff with:

At least 2 years experience in a high quality center

or

CDA in Infant/toddler or Preschool

or

At least 9 Early Childhood Education college credit

or

An Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.

We also value education, above all else educated staff. We provide many hours of paid training, we have an onsite staff coach to help guide you and we offer FREE college to all employees after they have been employed with us for 6 months. We are looking for staff that also value their education and are interested in continuing their education through the TEACH program. Through the TEACH program you will receive free college credits towards your degree and teaching certification in Early Childhood Education, you will also be paid for the hours you attend class. By the end of the program, you will be qualified to teach Preschool- 3rd grade in public or private school. You would also be quailed to teach Pre-K Counts which we offer right here at the centers.

We are open 6 am to 6pm staff usually start at later shift 9:30-6pm or 9 am to 5:30 and move up with seniority.

All staff receive deeply discounted child care only $15 to $30 per day.

Pay rates for full time staff:

· 2 years experience $14.50 per hour

· CDA or 9 ECE college credits $15 per hour

· AA degree in ECE $17.85

· BA degree in related field $17.85

· BA in ECE with teaching certification $18.85

Benefits include: 50% of health insurance premium after 60 days paid, Paid vacation and personal days, Aflac (you pay), dental and vision (you pay) discounted child care.

We are hiring for all age groups, infants through preschool.
