Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP. 
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate audits (internal and external) and tax filings.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Work closely with other departments to streamline financial processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of five years of accounting experience along with a managerial background. 
  • Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
