  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist in preparing shipping documents such as purchase orders, bill of Lading and packing slips
  • Type job tickets and proofread purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and clarity
  • Provide information and answer inquiries.
  • Prepare documents for business meetings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and filing. 
  • Support the manager with various tasks as needed. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
