We are looking for an experienced customer-service oriented representative who values client relationships and will go the extra mile to provide the best possible experience for our clients.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive outstanding customer service. Your duties will include:

• Building sustainable relationships and trust with client accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Dispatch/Follow-Up with Dumpster Delivery Experts
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Collaborating with the Office Manager/Owner to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture that values hard work, continuous improvement, and mutual support.
• Attending outside marketing events when necessary

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette
• Skilled in clear and concise communication
• Proficient working with Microsoft, Google, Dropbox and other computer programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Marketing experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a successful background check
