You will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions. Your goal will be to drive sales while ensuring our clients feel confident in their coverage choices.

Duties
- Market and sell various insurance products to individuals and businesses

- Develop and maintain a strong client base through networking and referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle, from initial sale to claims support.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality.

- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
- Handle sales administration tasks such as processing paperwork and maintaining client records.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales, market, or related fields
- Valid insurance license.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client engagement.

- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
