HIGH ENERGY PROBLEM SOLVERS NEEDED! We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team of Scheduling Coordinators. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls from our customers and vendors while utilizing company guidelines for complete resolution.

Our Scheduling Coordinators play an important role in executing our service process and delivering a best-in-class customer experience, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

Training will be provided for the following tasks:

  • Reviewing Estimates and Invoices for cost savings, warranty as appropriate
  • Scheduling Preventative Maintenance for small, medium, and heavy-duty equipment
  • Overseeing the work of service providers to ensure accurate and timely repairs
  • Issuing PO numbers and approvals
  • Vendor optimization
  • Align Vendor costs when onboarding new vendors
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills in speaking with Fleetrock's customer and vendor network
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required
  • Proficiency with computers and the ability to multi-task as needed

Job Type: Part-time (Hybrid depending on need.  Training period all in Quakertown office)

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
