About Us:

Synthesis ABA, LLC. provides both center and in-home natural environment, evidence-based support in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis to individuals and their families who have been clinically diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Age ranges from 2 years and older.

Our experienced team has helped many children, young adults, and families, learn, grow, and bring out each individual's strengths to reach their maximum potential. We develop programs to fit each child’s specific needs and take great pride in seeing each of our clients and families succeed.

As a member of the Synthesis ABA team, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment and engage in a wide range of activities, focused on providing ABA based assessment and treatment services in our clinical center, at client homes, and/or in community settings.

Synthesis ABA Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Description:

  • Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery
  • Conduct initial and follow-up functional, behavioral and developmental assessments
  • Use evaluation tools such as VB-MAPP, the Assessment Functional Living Skills (AFLS), and Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales-III
  • Develop, oversee and implement client’s IEPs and Treatment Plans
  • Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
  • Serve as the clinical lead on client cases, providing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians.
  • Implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians
  • Monitor and review client programs to analyze data, measure progress, and make necessary changes to the treatment plan
  • Observe program implementation, and provide training on interventions as needed
  • Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and ABA technicians who implement plans with children and families on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Meet with primary caregivers to discuss observations and concerns
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and schools to share information and implement best practice intervention programs across settings
  • Promote awareness and disseminate information regarding ASD and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through training and presentations, both on- and off-site
  • Attend and participate in team meetings where ideas, success stories, and recent research topics are presented for discussion and use in treatment

Job Requirements:

  • Required to have a Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA), or psychology or special education with ABA Certification
  • Required to be board certified (BCBA) with two + years’ experience with individuals diagnosed on the autism spectrum
  • One to two years of supervisory experience is preferred
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments
  • Write behavioral positive behavior support plans
  • Vehicle required with travel between assignments, and valid driver's license.
  • Experience working with children, teens, and young adults with autism

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
