Job Description

Denver Roof Pros is seeking a motivated Roofing & Storm Restoration Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team. We specialize in restoring nearly every trade and facet of a home’s exterior, providing homeowners with expert solutions. This is a 1099 sales position for an initial 90-day trial period, with the potential to transition into a W2 role based on proven success and coachability.

We offer initial training to set you up for success, as well as ongoing support and development. You’ll work under the guidance of a dedicated sales manager/coach who will help you set goals and provide coaching to help you achieve them.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development with the ability to generate self-sourced leads.
  • Ability to assess, estimate, and close warm leads provided by the company.
  • Proven ability to self-generate leads at or above the volume of company-provided leads.
  • Experience in low slope and steep slope roofing is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance coverage.
  • Experience in roofing sales preferred but willing to train a highly motivated individual.
  • Comfortable with ladder use, attic access, and walking rooftops.
  • Smartphone and email access required for field communication.
  • Availability to run 4-5 appointments per day, including some weekends as needed.
  • Having a laptop/desktop computer is a plus.
  • 40+ hours a week of service is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Attend and manage all company-provided sales appointments.
  • Report appointment outcomes and provide updates on leads throughout the sales process.
  • Meet with homeowners to assess needs, propose solutions, and close contracts.
  • Conduct roof inspections and provide supporting photos and documentation.
  • Develop and nurture referral partnerships through business development efforts to grow self-generated leads.
  • Provide homeowners with detailed estimates and follow up through the sales process.
  • Close contracts and submit all required documentation for production.
  • Visit job sites to address homeowner concerns on installation days and engage with neighbors to offer assistance/solicit new business. 
  • Accurately report all sales and business development activities in the company CRM.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and GSR (Goal Setting Reviews with coach) for continued training and improvement.
  • Be coachable, willing to learn new skills and techniques, and continuously improve.

Job Type

  • 1099 to start, with the opportunity for a W2 position after demonstrating success and coachability.

Schedule
