Position Overview
As a Junior Designer at LEICHT Scottsdale, you will collaborate closely with senior designers and other creative professionals to develop engaging and aesthetically pleasing designs. Your role will be essential in bringing ideas to life while ensuring a cohesive and polished final product.
Responsibilities
• Assist in creating digital designs using specialized design software (KPS).
• Learn and apply the metric system in design measurements.
• Support the design team in executing concepts that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, creative ideas.
• Prepare assets for production, ensuring designs are client- and contractor-ready.
• Revise and update existing designs based on feedback from senior designers.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance design processes.

Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a design program or holding a degree/relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Ability to learn and use SketchUp, KPS (design software), and Microsoft Office.
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with SketchUp.
• Familiarity with metric measurement systems.
