We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in enhancing productivity and ensuring a smooth workflow within the organization.

Duties

  • Manage office communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Maintain and organize files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to important documents.
  • Assist in calendar management by scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings, travel arrangements
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Support various administrative functions such as preparing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Experience

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with personal assistant duties is a plus but not required.
  • Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Experience in calendar management and customer support is highly desirable.
