Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various massage techniques and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic massage services in a serene and professional environment. The Massage Therapist will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall wellness of our clients through effective pain management and relaxation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment goals.
• Utilize various massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to provide informed care.
• Deliver high-quality therapeutic massages tailored to each client's specific requirements.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after treatments.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns with professionalism.
• Document treatment plans, progress notes, and any changes in client conditions accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to enhance patient outcomes.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with expertise in pain management and various massage techniques.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to therapeutic practices.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
• Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively.
• Previous experience in a med spa or similar setting is advantageous but not required.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive client experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
