Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a neurodiversity-affirming Speech-Language Pathologist who has experience working with AAC and is deeply committed to empowering individuals with communication differences.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide AAC therapy services in schools to individuals with diverse communication needs
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure clients receive comprehensive support
  • Support clients in finding their voice through AAC, using the most appropriate technology and strategies
  • Provide training and support to families and caregivers in using AAC systems at home and in the community

Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure in New Jersey, CCC Required
  • Experience with AAC and a strong understanding of its role in communication
  • A neurodiversity-affirming mindset and a commitment to inclusive, client-centered care
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for empowering clients to communicate and thrive
