Guest Ambassadors are responsible for providing an incredible start to the guests stay by coordinating a smooth check-in, and providing clear, detailed instructions for their stay. Must live near 1400 Hubbell Place in Seattle.

Responsibilities
- Text/Call Guest 48 hours before check-in. A text message template will be provided.
- Coordinate the check-in time with guest
- Meet with the guest at the coordinated time and give tour of building (10 minutes)
- Show guest their parking space
- Explain how to access the building
- Explain the HOA rules
- Point out the amenities (pool, gym, balcony)
- Have guests enter door code and ensure they understand the keypad
- Explain check-out instructions, refer them to their host for any further questions

-Starting Monday April 1st, through Wednesday April 24th
-Mondays, Tuesdays, & Wednesdays
- Check-in begins at 4:00pm, guests can arrive anytime after. Higher pay for guests after 10pm

Pay & Timing
- 1099 Contractor Position
- $25 per check-in from 4pm - 10pm
- $40 per check-in 10pm - 12am
- $60 per check-in after 12am+
- Direct Deposit once a week
