General Info:

This is a job hanging signs. You will be hanging signs at busy intersections, entrances/ exits of neighborhoods, places where people will see them. Signs are hung by zip ties, nails on posts and with H stakes.

Pay:

Gas is paid by the hanger. We offer $1 per sign hung and 5% of any profits we get from an acquisition. We can do an immediate flat fee pay out when we go under contract or a 5% at sale. 500-1000 signs (depending on region) should produce a deal or two. This is a 1099 position and you will need to supply a valid driver license and W-9 form. Signs are held in Golden and you will need to pick them up to start off. Pay will be provided after the days work or on a weekly basis.

Hours:

The best time to hang is Thursday to Saturday. The hours should be after 7pm and before 10am on weekends. You want to go during low traffic hours. This will enable you to get more signs up and get a higher pay.
