Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find a vehicle that fits their needs and budget
• Build rapport and follow up with customers to close deals
• Understand and present financing options (training provided)
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features
• Negotiate pricing and terms while delivering top-notch customer service
• Work closely with the finance team to finalize paperwork
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and incentives

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Previous sales experience (automotive sales preferred but not required)

✅ Outgoing personality with strong communication skills

✅ Self-motivated with a hunger for success

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

✅ Strong closing skills and ability to overcome objections

✅ Willingness to learn and follow a proven sales process

✅ Must have a valid driver’s license

Schedule:

• Full-time (including weekends)
• Flexible hours with two days off per week
