FTP is a new and growing excavation company seeking a Construction Project Manager with experience in excavation, site work, infrastructure and heavy civil construction. We're looking for a professional to join our company and head the process delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers,
• Collaborate with the estimators to develop a project bid,
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and resources from planning to completion,
• Manage and resolve conflicts or issues that arise during projects,
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations and safety protocols.
• Ability to priorities multiple projects involving various aspects of heavy construction.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
