We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Concessions Cashier Slinger / Pop Slinger to join our team at our Truist Park location. As a Concessions Cashier Slinger / Pop Slinger, you will be responsible for managing all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently, selling our all-natural, handcrafted popsicles out of our signature push carts at various events and venues around Truist Park.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cash, product inventory, and company equipment with the utmost integrity.
• Engage and talk to customers while providing excellent customer service.
• Actively pursue sales from potential customers.
• Bring smiles and high energy (every day, every shift).
• Welcome customers, answer their questions, help them locate items, and provide advice or recommendations.
• Operate scanners, scales, registers, and other electronics.
• Accept payments, ensure all prices and quantities are accurate, and provide a receipt to every customer as requested.
• Process refunds and exchanges, resolve complaints.
• Record all waste.
• Participate in the set-up of the kiosk, arrange inventory, and notify Stand Lead of any inventory deficiency or shortages.
• Perform clean-up duties to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment.
• Maintain a clean workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service or Cashier experience.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled colleagues and clientele.
• Highly adaptable to various situations and customer needs.
• Ability to problem solve quickly concerning customers may have.
• Possess a positive attitude and ethics that support our values and culture.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs), stand and walk for extended periods, and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service.
• Must be able to work outdoors/in the elements and have weekend availability.
• Enjoys interacting with customers and coworkers.
• Comes with an open mind, open heart, and willingness to work hard and learn.
• Loves to eat pops!

Pay:$10-11.50 Hourly + Tips (Total Comp Avg.$25+ per hour)
