Role Description

This is a full-time Hybrid on-site/off-site role for a kitchen cabinets and widow treatments Salesperson at Westwood Cabinets and Blinds located in Westwood, MA. The Salesperson will be responsible for selling kitchen cabinets and window treatments, providing product information to customers, conducting consultations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service skills

• Knowledge of kitchen cabinets or window treatments / both are more preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Prior experience in sales or interior design is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent or above

• Measuring skills

• Driver's License (Required)

• Self-starting personality

• Experience with common customer management relationship software and platforms 2020 is preferred

• Understanding of common sales techniques and theory, including sales funnel

Responsibilities 

• Find and close deals with clients

• Visit customers for measurements and consultations

• Provide customer service

• Manage sales processes

• Follow up with clients after the sale

• Travel to assigned territories to meet with clients

• Provide product and service demonstrations

• Negotiate sales contracts

• Inform clients of new product and service releases and updates

We just relocate our business and looking for the right people to help us. Experience is not required, but preferred. We have an on Boarding Training Program that you will be required to complete. So, we will be training you on both our systems and the industry as a whole.

If you are a rock star sales rep but need to learn the kitchen industry or window treatments we can teach you.

Position is a commission only. The right candidate can expect to earn between $50-70k the first year starting out, with an experienced salesperson being able to earn $100K+

We have annual bonuses of over $10,000 as well!

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

• Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)

• ProKitchen or 2020: 2 years (Preferred)

• Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
