Security Guard
- Monitor access points.
- Patrol entire perimeter of the property every 20 minutes to deter unauthorized access, preventing theft of material and equipment.
- Check fence line and ensure the gates, pool areas, and laundry rooms remain closed.
- Place parking tickets on vehicles that have expired tags or not displaying a valid parking permit.
- Respond to emergencies on site.
- Report suspicious activity.
- Flashlight required to shine around the property to deter anyone from jumping fences.
- Write detailed Daily Activity Report (DARs) every hour of what you patrolled.
- Other duties as assigned.
