Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Vessel Boarding Agent to join our Houston team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage vessel operations, liaise with port authorities, and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Board vessels at the Port of Houston and surrounding terminals to oversee operational needs.
• Coordinate with port authorities, customs, immigration, and terminal operators.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Arrange crew changes, deliveries, and other necessary services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for each vessel call.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the vessel, clients, and service providers.
• Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in maritime, shipping, or port agency operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of port regulations, documentation, and customs procedures.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-call environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• TWIC card (or ability to obtain one).
