Position Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team! In this entry-level role, you’ll support our efforts to build relationships with new and existing clients, assist with sales processes, and help ensure smooth transactions. If you are fluent in both English and Spanish and are eager to start your career in international trade, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to gain valuable hands-on experience!

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients in Latin America and other international markets.
  • Support contract negotiations, quote management, and follow-ups on sales leads.
  • Help coordinate logistics and ensure timely deliveries, learning about INCOTERMS and shipping procedures.
  • Assist with order processing, including gathering necessary documentation for shipping and customs.
  • Help track market trends, monitor competitor activities, and support strategies for growing sales.
  • Respond to client inquiries, addressing any concerns in a professional manner

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
  • A recent graduate with a degree in International Business, Business Administration, or a related field, or similar coursework/experience.
  • A basic understanding of international trade, logistics, or international business practices is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with accuracy in documentation and communication.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A willingness to learn and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently but also collaborate with a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any relevant internship or academic experience in Sales, International Trade, or Business.
  • Familiarity with food ingredients or trade finance concepts is a bonus.
  • Experience working with or in Latin American markets is helpful but not required.
