Pay: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Specialist to provide quality care to our clients. This is an hourly position with a consistent schedule, ideal for someone who is reliable, experienced, and passionate about caregiving.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, hygiene, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to the client.
• Help with mobility and transfers, as needed.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping and ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition.

Qualifications:

• 1 year previous experience as a caregiver or care specialist.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance
• Familiarity with dementia care, stroke care, or other specialized caregiving is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
