Looking for a nice work/life balance? Come join our team! We are a boutique brunch restaurant located in SODO. We specialize in a creative breakfast/brunch.

Currently, we are looking for some talented cooks. Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude and a guest first mentality along with a drive to put out a consistently good product in line. Those with attention to detail, strong verbal communication skills (both internal and external) self-motivation, understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, procedures and best practices are essential to this position.

Qualified applicants will:
Be a team player.
Have a strong understanding of basic cooking methods.

Requirements:
• Work seamlessly in small kitchen solo and with small team.
• Be on time, reliable, organized and tidy.
Ability to Follow Dress Code



Responsibilities:
• Set up workstations with required ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking
• Prep with Skillet, Food Processor, Mixer and Convection Oven
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen, coolers, freezers, dry goods, etc.
•Ability to Cook using Waffle Machine and Skillets.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored and labeled properly.
• Follow and complete BOH closing duties.
• Valid food handlers permit is required.


$ 23hr wage with Tips in Addition and Meal. Shifts are 10am-4pm
