We are a small, client-focused law practice looking for a Executive Services Associate to join our team. This is not a corporate job with layers of management. What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with the firm’s attorney and clients, assisting with case organization, document preparation, and scheduling.
• Help manage daily business operations, including client communication and general office administration.
• Learn about business strategy, legal processes, and customer service in a small-team environment.
• Support marketing and client outreach efforts.
• Take ownership of projects and problem-solving, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Handle a variety of tasks—some expected, some unexpected—with a willingness to learn and adapt.
