STEPin-stepUP Inc is a social work company based out of Indianapolis and serving the greater Indianapolis area and surrounding counties.Our company provide case management,father engagement,parent education,and supervised visitation to families who are in need of child services or have an open chins case.

We are looking for case managers that can work in the field with client's and who have a basic understanding of case work,social services,and child services.The persons we seek will need to be able to display a strong work ethic,time management skills,adaptability, and empathy. We are seeking case managers that can be a part of a team while having the ability to be effective in an unsupervised environment.This position requires the use of your own vehicle and applicants must have a valid driver license and automobile insurance. These positions also require a bachelor degree. Applicants with a degree in psychology,sociology,or social work will be evaluated quickly.

Responsibilities

Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized case plans.

Provide case management, father engagement, life skills, and parent education curriculums to individuals facing behavioral health challenges.

Facilitate access to resources such as Section 8 housing and Medicare services.

Collaborate with community organizations to enhance child welfare and support services.

Maintain accurate documentation and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
