Immediate opening for CAD Technician at a local firm celebrating 37 years in business in Houston. Position requires minimum of 5 years experience with:
1.Know AutoCAD 19 3d plus how to create a surface for civil engineering and Land surveying
2. Houston local experience on how to create Construction plans for civil engineering for Infrastructure, Municipal, Commercial and Residential subdivision plans plus familiar with approval process in Houston & adjacent cities
3. Experience with Land surveying AutoCAD for land surveys production (no title lot surveys) for Infrastructure, Municipal, Commercial and Residential subdivision
