Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues efficiently.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
• Ensure all work is in compliance with state codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate with clients regarding their systems.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Qualifications:

• Valid Journeyman HVAC license.
• Proven experience in the HVAC industry (3+ years preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and safety standards.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• EPA certification is a plus.
