Farmers’ Market Fun

Farmers Markets are an exciting way to connect with people and introduce them to our products. We’ve had great success at markets throughout our history and are now expanding to more markets in Tucson and nearby areas. Hours vary—winter markets are from 8 AM to 1 PM, and summer markets from 7 AM to 12 noon. We also participate in weekend events and out-of-state shows, so there’s always something happening!

Your Role as a Brand Ambassador

• Set up and break down the market booth, ensuring everything is ready on time.
• Sell our products to customers in your area (we have existing markets, but you can also help us explore new ones!).
• Engage with customers, offering samples and explaining the magic of our peppermint products.
• Share the story behind our products and how they can improve customers’ lives (we teach you a sales script, but you can personalize it!).
• Handle sales, track inventory, and report sales after each event.
• Help us spot new opportunities to expand our presence and share the magic of the mint with the world!

What We’re Looking For

• Retail or sales experience is a plus.
• Experience handling cash and card payments, especially with POS systems like Square.
• Ability to count inventory and follow reporting procedures.
• A love for working outdoors, chatting with people, and promoting natural products.
• Someone who’s adaptable and can keep minty cool and problem solve if any issues come up.
• Positive attitude—seeing the glass half full is essential.
• A genuine interest in natural care and wellness.

What You’ll Need

• A valid driver’s license, car insurance, and your own vehicle.
• Space in your vehicle for a canopy tent, folding tables, and a few crates and signs. Most sedans and larger can accommodate the equipment
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs (the markets are fun, but setting up and breaking down takes muscle!).
• Weekend availability, there is availability to do markets on some weekdays

Compensation

This is a commission-based role, so the more you sell, the more you earn! Compensation typically ranges from $20 to $60 per hour based on your sales, but can be outside of these ranges(both ways!).
