Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of sales presentations and promotional materials.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to assist with their needs.
  • Coordinate sales meetings and assist in scheduling appointments for the sales team.
  • Help maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including documentation and reporting tasks.
  • Conduct daily sales calls for the sales team in efforts to generate leads and schedule meetings/demos.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to analyze data and provide insights.
