Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial equipment independently, completing all checklists in full.
Diagnose system issues, recommend repairs, and execute necessary service and repairs.
Begin troubleshooting equipment and make informed repair and replacement decisions.
Meet all qualifications and possess all required tools for the role.
Demonstrate a willingness to accept responsibility and take on leadership roles.
Train, instruct, and oversee less experienced technicians.
Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of preventative maintenance.
Exhibit basic customer service skills, clearly explaining problems to customers and coworkers.
EPA certified
