Role Overview:
As a Bilingual Sales Executive, you will be crucial in enhancing our new patient process, focusing on exceptional communication and teamwork to deliver an unparalleled patient experience. You serve as an invaluable link that connects patients with our high-quality services. Compassion and understanding, you consult with patients to discuss their medical needs and to determine what resources would be most beneficial. You help patients decide what services would be best for them and encourage them to follow through with treatment plans. As you speak with patients, you maintain detailed files to accurately reflect the patient's desires and needs. You report this information to the team so that all relevant parties know the patient's status and progress.
If a patient doesn't stick with their treatment plan, you reach out to them to discuss the importance of the treatment and the potential consequences of not completing it.
Successful Sales Experience is a Must !!

**Strategic Sales Leadership**: Develop and implement sales strategies that enhance patient engagement and commitment to care plans.
**Thorough New Patient Paperwork**: Accurately complete all required documentation prior to daily team huddles.
**Active Daily Huddle Participation**: Efficiently present detailed patient reports and prepare essential documents to optimize daily operations.
**Patient Orientation and Sales Consultation**: Conduct informative office tours and detailed consultations, utilizing sales techniques to enhance patient understanding and comfort.
**Proficiency in Exam Screening and Diagnostic Testing**: Perform and document diagnostic tests with precision, contributing to effective treatment planning.
**Expert Financial Plan Presentation**: Clearly and persuasively present patient financial plans, addressing concerns and promoting transparency.
