Job Posting: Front Desk & Wellness Program Support Coordinator (3-Month Contract)

We are excited to announce a newly created position at WestCoast Vitality, a respected counseling and wellness clinic, as we launch our new PEMF (Pulsated Electro-Magnetic Therapy) Program. This role combines administrative support, strategic planning, and marketing to ensure the successful implementation and growth of the program. We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team and help us bring this exciting initiative to life!
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Support:
- Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and schedule appointments.
- Maintain client records and manage appointment bookings using clinic management software.
- Handle general administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Wellness Program Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of the wellness program's launch plan.
- Collaborate with clinic owner to strategize and plan wellness-related events and initiatives.
- Help coordinate resources and materials for PEMF and counselling clients
- Social Media & Marketing:
- Develop and execute a social media marketing plan to promote the wellness program.
- Create engaging content for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to build awareness and drive interest.
- Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and interactions related to the wellness program.
- Track and report on social media engagement and campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role (preferably in a health/wellness or counseling setting).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
- Ability to think creatively and assist with strategic planning efforts.
- A passion for wellness and helping others.
- Experience with marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite) is an asset.
Contract Duration:
This is a part-time contract position, with a duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and clinic needs.
Schedule:
Mondays 10am-3:30pm, Fridays and Saturdays 9am to 2:30pm. Some flexibility in schedule for qualified applicant.
Compensation:
Competitive compensation based on experience. Will be paid on 1st and 15th of every month
